Why I Am Obsessed With This Blog Planner

Good morning, lovelies!

First off, I just want to thank each and every one of you who reads my blog. Inspiration Indulgence was born in December 2014 and since then, I can honestly say my life has changed for the better. I love to write, and I wake up every morning excited to empower you through my words. I thoroughly pour my heart into my writing and hope that with each post, you can take something from it and apply it to your life. I have written about things more personal than I ever thought that I would open up to anyone about, let alone on the internet. In addition, the blogging community has astounded me with its kindness, helpfulness, and support.

One thing I struggled with during this journey was getting organized. I learned that blogging was not as easy as I thought it would be. There are a lot of tedious tasks that must be done during the day. There is social media to schedule, content brainstorming, finances to organize, and that’s just the beginning. There were some days where I felt very overwhelmed because I had SO MUCH to do and didn’t know where to start! I knew that I had to be better at planning otherwise my blog would not reach its absolute greatest potential.

I soon started the hunt for the perfect blog planner. Before I had one, I was writing ideas down in a notebook. I also had a regular generic planner and found there was not enough space or categories to organize what I wanted to plan. I knew that I had to find a planner made specifically for blogging, so I began to hunt online. I looked at some cool Etsy businesses, but was disappointed because I was not looking to download a PDF planner. I wanted an actual planner that was in the form of a book.

That’s when I found The Blog Planner by Nicolette Roux through Amazon. I ordered it hoping it would be what I need. When I received it in the mail, it was more than what I imagined and hoped for! For one, it was much larger than I expected, a 11X8.5” dimension workbook with a lot of space to work with.

Here are some awesome features of the workbook that has helped me tremendously:

-Page of goals and expectations for your blog
-Annual, monthly and weekly goals
-Income goals
-Blog contacts
-Blog changes log
-Blog tech support
-Finances summary (both annually and by month)
-Affiliates lists
-Product planning
-Yearly events in your niche
-A calendar of each month
-Week by week calendar
-Monthly social shares
-Monthly sponsored posts
-Monthly guest posts
-Monthly giveaways
-Monthly Linkup parties
-Monthly top posts
-Monthly posts brainstorming
-Monthly social media scheduled posts

Purchasing The Blog Planner is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Nicole made this planner fun and easy to navigate. At a reasonable price of $17.58, it is has helped my growth as a blogger because I have been able to get organized (and calm my anxiety, too!!) I no longer have to scribble notes in a notebook and try to cram my to-do list in a small planner. Can you say AH-MAZING!

If you’re a blogger who is looking to get organize, what are you waiting for?! You can find Nicole’s planner in my sidebar under “I recommend.” I have it listed right there so you can find it and get organized yourself!
