People ask me everyday what was the strongest product that I have taken to lose weight the fastest. I took Prothinspo’s Hydroxylim/

After 8 weeks, Group 1 lost an average of 10 pounds, Group 2 lost 12.54 pounds, and the placebo group lost 3.53 pounds. At 8 weeks,
both Group 1 and 2 were found to have lost significantly more weight than the placebo group. A reduction in appetite was also

The next study was an 8 week study….In this 8-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trial, 30 moderately obese

The Details – A step by step how to approach.
Please note the following is for beginners; seasoned veterans of juice fasting should be able to modify the
information to suit their needs.
*Important note: Lemon and lime juice can counter the bitter vegetables like kale and mustard greens,
combinations of fresh juices can work in harmony to increases beneficial effects, and combine multiple
effects. A healthier choice is to use lemon juice or lime juice rather than the sweeter juices of things like
apples, which have fructose in higher concentrations than lemons/limes. The sweet (carrots, beets,
apples) may also intensify the bitter in many cases, where as the sour will neutralize it.
Look for a good quality juicer if you are planning of learning how to juice fast for the long term, the time it
takes to juice an adequate amount of juice by hand can make the process a turn off and make it difficult to
justify the process in your mind.
Simple easy to digest vegetables including celery, fennel stalk, and juicy cucumbers can provide excellent
starting points. You won’t get the same density of nutrients as you do with the leafy greens, but the shock
to the system isn’t nearly as bad. After you are tolerant of the above juices you should begin to
incorporate the more nutrient rich veggies. Generally speaking this can be 1-4 days after the start of your

overdo it though; a high concentration of acid will make for a less enjoyable fast, so go with a moderate

where they were when you were a baby (theoretically, though with some, this may not be the case
entirely). A general concept is to start introducing solid foods gently and progressively like you would in a
baby. Remember that during your juice fast for weight loss your intestinal tract was at rest and under
repair. Overloading the system too quickly could be disastrous.
In general try to avoid heavier foods, and certainly don’t introduce gas producing or complex foods which
require the body to work extra hard to extract nutrients, before you are ready for that. The process of
breaking the juice fast after, perhaps thirty days, may take an addition 6-10 days to bring you back to
normal capabilities-certainly avoid that blue cheese topped porterhouse with French fries.
Ending a juice fast is essentially a way to reintroduce your body to the things which you want it to be
craving, and to ensure that you don’t undo the good things you have done throughout the fast.
•Stay raw for a bit-introduce whole fruits and vegetables to mimic the fruits and vegetables you had in juice

-Do not drink orange or tomato juice on a fast, these kinds of juices are to acidic to the stomach.
-You can dilute your pure juices with water if you want to lose more weight.

-Pure veggie broths are good and beef or chicken for the first couple of days before a full fast is good to

-Typical fasts (going totally without any solid foods) usually are performed as 3 days with an on and off type
of method. Fasting for 7-14 days, should be supervised. Fasting should be done on and off to cleanse the

-Don’t eat a big meal the night before your fast and never end your fast with heavy foods. Start your fast off
with a soup and salad day or protein shake day.
-Dry skin brushing helps your skin to breathe easier and can help eliminate uric acid and other poisons
from your system, taking the strain off your kidneys and liver. Start at the feet and stroke your skin towards
the heart. This is best to be done before and after the shower.
-Epson Salt baths are soothing to sore-achy, weak muscles and also help eliminate toxins through the skin.

-There are many types of fasts, here is another: The milk and fruit fast: 3x a day, a glass of milk, raw fruit and
water in between.
Water of course is so important. We absolutely must drink water to survive, and it has zero calories, so
there’s no excuse to not drink it. As we typically get much of our water content through foods, when we
reduce food intake we begin to dehydrate ourselves, which is dangerous. Also, cold water chills the body
and may raise metabolism to get warm again.
Vitamins and Minerals are essential for optimal weight loss and well-being. We must have these, too, to

average, fasts allow you to lose 1-2 lbs per day. Some experience more around 3-5 lbs per day. You’ll lose
the most and the quickest during the beginning of your fast.

The recipe varies slightly, but basically includes a variety of low-calorie vegetables such as cabbage,

seven-day program has specific foods that must be eaten, including potatoes, fruit juice, many

for at the minimum ten minutes for all of the cabbage and tomatoes to join together. Make sure you

Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body.
Eat your soup at least once today.
You may eat broiled or baked chicken (skinless) instead of beef. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled
fish for the beef.
Eat beef and vegetables today.
You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with fresh vegetables or salad.
NO BAKED POTATO.
Eat your soup at least once.
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables all you want.
Be sure to eat your soup at least once to day.

Morning Sunshine Smoothie
2 large oranges
1 red grapefruit
6 frozen strawberries
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and grapefruit.
Put the juice in a blender and blend with the strawberries and banana.
Watermelon Dream Juice
2 cups cubed watermelon, cold
2 cups cubed cantaloupe, cold
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
Pass the ingredients through a juicer.
Strawberry Thirst Quencher Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
